Use throw away E-mail addresses as much as possible

By using a throw away E-mail address each time you register for a site or buy a product leaves you in the shadows.  Perhaps even better is that you won’t have to worry about all the spam and junk mail coming in. Throw away E-mail addresses typically expire within hours and once you get what you need from the mailbox, you won’t ever have to login again.  The government and everyone will be left in the dark and will have no way to monitor your activities as you will be using a different E-mail for everything.

Some sites I will recommend for throw away E-mail addresses are:

http://www.mailinator.com and http://www.spamhole.com/ and http://throwawayemailsite.com/ and http://dodgeit.com/

Being paranoid is not a bad thing.  Always switch up providers and never relogin to the same E-mail after you get what you need from it.

In addition to throw away E-mails, if you need something for a longer term, use a free E-mail service that is not as popular as Gmail or Yahoo as they are more likely to release your information.  Some free E-mail providers would be http://email.myway.com/ and http://www.mail.com and http://www.techemail.com/ and http://www.glay.org/ and http://www.vfemail.net/

Remember to stay anonymous in all areas of the internet and the world!
